What to Expect

Quick, Easy, and Quality Veterinary Care

At Oklahoma Vet, we know that going to the doctor is never fun. And going to the animal doctor can be even more of a hassle since your furry friend can’t communicate what’s wrong the same way that you or I can.

That’s why it’s our priority to be compassionate toward our pawsome patients while working to get to the root of the issue. When you visit us, you can expect lots of smiles, plenty of belly rubs, and detailed conversations with you to determine what is going on with your little companion.

We’ll also be up-front and honest with you about treatment plans and costs so there are no surprises. After all, we want to create the best experience possible for both your furry friend and you.

Below are some of the services we offer. We’ve also provided access to all the forms and paperwork you’ll need for your first visit so that you can cut down on time and do it at your own convenience.

Service and Appointment Policies

INTERNAL MEDICINE

Sometimes a standard visit to the vet isn’t enough to be able to determine what’s wrong with your companion, and further observation and testing are necessary. In this case, Internal Medicine Specialist Dr. Steven Hodges will meet with you to figure out what’s ailing your pet.

Internal Medicine appointments can be made through a referral from your primary veterinarian and are available Monday-Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

DERMATOLOGY APPOINTMENTS

If your pet is having problems with excessive scratching, biting, chewing, or licking, then it may be time to schedule an appointment with our dermatology specialist, Dr. Foust. He’s an expert at handling anything skin-related and will be able to get to the root of the cause so your furry friend can get some relief.

All you need to do is contact us to schedule a dermatology appointment Tuesday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

OPHTHALMOLOGY APPOINTMENTS

Is your little companion experiencing eye problems, such as vision issues, eye diseases, or even cancer in the eye? Then it may be time to see our ophthalmologist, Dr. Pucket.
